Tympanoplasty

The patient is a 9 year old who presented with a white mass behind the inferior portion of his left eardrum. The patient had ear tubes placed eight years previously. He underwent surgical resection of the involved portion of the eardrum with reconstruction with a temporalis fascia graft placed using an underlay technique.
