in a 35 yr old patient with a large
true vocal cord
nodule.
The patient was a non-smoker. The cause of the nodule was not known.
Because of it's large size and need to determine a tissue diagnosis the
nodule was surgically removed. The final pathological diagnosis was a
large singer's node.
