Rotation Advancement Flap for Cheek Reconstruction
after Removal of a Squamous Cell Carcinoma

A patient with a squamous cell carcinoma on the angle of the mandible.   Most cancers in this area are due to sun exposure. Defect after Excision. 
A 1 cm margin was used.

A large neck rotation advancement flap is created and sewn in position.  This picture shows the one week result.
