 Dr.
Kevin T. Kavanagh is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Division of
Otolaryngology, Dept of Surgery at the University of Kentucky. He completed his
residency training at the University of Iowa, Dept. of Otolaryngology. He was
an Associate Professor of Otolaryngology at the University of Tennessee, Memphis
and on staff at St. Jude's Research Hospital for nine years. He is currently in
private practice at Cumberland Otolaryngology Consultants in Somerset, KY.
