The patient is a 46 year old who presented with three months of right facial pain and gave a history of inserting pills into her right nasal cavity.  This video demonstrates endoscopic nasal debridement of necrotic tissue in the right nasal cavity, drainage of the right maxillary sinus and creation of a sinus osteotomy (AM Window) in the inferior meatus.
